What can we say....its a process, a trip, an approach. Everyone has one and this one is ours.
Our Approach
Thanks for taking a look around. Hopefully you are considering on giving us the opportunity to work together. In a perfect world this is how things would happen, the world's not perfect but this is still how things should happen.

- We will schedule a day and time that we can have a phone conversation about your project

- If we like each other and everything seems good we will schedule a home visit
- Look at the space
- Take pictures and measurements
- Talk about ideas for the space
- Talk about styles, permits, drawings etc
- Scan the room if needed
- Talk about timeline
- Talk about budget
- Talk about next steps

Estimate and Design
Moving on to the estimating and the "Field Trips"
- We do charge for detailed estimates and the work that will go into finalizing the price.

- We work up a detailed estimate.
​
- If pricing looks good we move onto renderings and finish choices
- This is where pricing can change. Once selections are made and we know exactly what the finish products are, adjustments in pricing will be made, if necessary, to reflect those choices. Although we provide allotments in the estimate those allotments could be less or more than the final choice.

- We take "Field Trips" maybe not multiple but at least one to a couple places.
- We will visit a stone yard or two to look and pick countertops
- We will visit the cabinet guys to look at styles, colors along with handles and pulls
- We will visit the appliance show room if appliances are included
​
Getting to Work
Selections have been made, price is finalized, estimate price is agreed to (barring any major unforeseen problem).

- Deposit is taken
- Cabinets ordered
- Tile procured
- Countertop material ordered
- Paint, handles and all the other bells and whistles on order and on the way
- Timeline discussed and agreed to
​
- JWAC will see that the work is done in a timely manor and to the best of our ability.
- Coordinating with subcontractors
- Managing issues as they come up
- Making sure the schedule stays as intact as it can be
- Keeping you (our client) in the loop throughout the process
​
- Progress payment made if/when in the agreement
​
Turning it back over to you
The hard work is over. Time to enjoy

- Do a final walk-through
- Address any touch-ups or adjustments that need to be made
- Get a 5 star review :)
- Final Payment
- Get to livin... L.I.V.I.N ( to quote McConaughey)
- Schedule a walk for later in the year to make sure everything is as it should be.
